About the role:
- Owning all product design, UX and flows throughout the application.
- Co-piloting with our CPO on product direction, strategy and working close with our Head of Engineering on implementation details.
You might thrive in this role if you:
- Are a senior product designer with 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product design.
- Are excited to roll up your sleeves and work in all parts of design and have experience working in venture-backed startups. Ideally have experience working in a fast-growing B2B enterprise startup.
- Are particularly strong in UX design, talking to users and playing a product management-style role.

- Enjoy operating in ambiguity and bring a product manager mindset to your product design approach.
- Love designing around complex workflows with lots of data and moving pieces: if the design challenges of products like Stripe, Figma, or Zendesk are interesting to you, you probably be a great fit for Starbridge.
- Excel at designing experiences that balance simplicity and clarity for the user with ease of engineering implementation.
- Are excited to define a strategic design vision that allows us to focus on what’s essential for an early stage product while putting us on a path to a longer term product experience vision.
Compensation Range: $150K - $245K
